Kingdom Shine Christmas Lights offers professional Christmas light installation services. We provide design, installation, maintenance, and removal services for holiday lighting at residential and commercial properties.

2. Payment Terms

50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your installation date. This deposit is generally non-refundable, except at our discretion.Full Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.Payment Methods: We accept payments through Square, and you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when required.Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance upon completion may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is made.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process: To book our services, you can contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system. All bookings are subject to availability.Cancellations: We reserve the right to refund the deposit at our discretion. Weather Delays: In the event of severe weather conditions, installations may be delayed or rescheduled at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes to the schedule.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Access to Property: You agree to provide safe access to your property for the installation, maintenance, and removal of the lights. Safety Considerations: Ensure the installation area is clear of hazards, and notify us of any potential safety concerns (e.g., fragile roofing, electrical issues).Removal of Lights: Unless otherwise agreed, we will remove the lights at the end of the holiday season, with removal dates to be scheduled at the time of booking.

5. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is generally non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only at our discretion in certain circumstances, such as unforeseen events that prevent us from fulfilling the service.Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the installation, please notify us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service-Related Issues: While we strive to provide excellent service, Kingdom Shine Christmas Lights is not liable for damage to personal property (including landscaping or fixtures) unless directly caused by negligence during installation.Product Malfunction: We are not responsible for malfunctioning lights or equipment not provided by us. If lights or other equipment are provided by the customer, we do not guarantee their performance or safety.External Conditions: We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All designs, logos, and content created by Kingdom Shine Christmas Lights are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without permission.
